• Click on“Shipping Form”, then print and complete.
  

• Clean garment first, if it has bug damage, or if it is very soiled. (Other damage may be visible after cleaning.)

• Mark damage with safety pins or tape.

• If you wish, we will look over your garment.
  We prefer that you inspect the entire garment before sending to us. (There may be more damage than you wish to repair.)

• Include extra material, if you have it. If not, send the matching jacket or pants.

• Ship garment and shipping form, using US Mail, UPS, or Fed Ex. (address on form)
